📜 Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation
    Tour booking will be confirmed only after advance payment. Balance amount must be paid before tour start or at check-in, as informed by the tour operator.

  2. Accommodation Policy
    Accommodation will be provided in Standard or Deluxe Rooms on double or triple sharing basis.
    Resort allocation depends on availability. Specific resort name is not guaranteed, as multiple resorts are offered under the same category.

  3. Check-in & Check-out
    Standard check-in and check-out time will be followed as per resort rules. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

  4. Hot Water Facility
    Hot water facility is available on request only.
    👉 Extra charges may apply depending on the resort and season.

  5. Meal Arrangement
    All meals mentioned in the itinerary are included.
    Menu may change depending on availability of local items.
    No refund or adjustment will be provided for unused meals.

  6. Boat & Safari Rules
    Boat safari will be conducted in government-approved licensed boats only.
    Safari route, watch tower visit and timings depend on forest department permission, weather and tide conditions.
    Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.

  7. Safety on Boat
    Life jackets will be provided and must be worn when instructed by the boat crew.
    Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the guide and boatman.

  8. Weather & Natural Conditions
    Tour itinerary may be changed due to bad weather, natural calamities, tide issues or forest restrictions.
    No compensation will be provided for such unavoidable changes.

  9. Child Policy
    Child charges will be applicable as per age and resort policy.
    Please inform child age details at the time of booking.

  10. Personal Responsibility
    Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
    The tour operator will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage of personal items.

  11. Cancellation & Refund
    Cancellation charges will apply as per cancellation policy mentioned on the website.
    No refund for no-show or early departure.

  12. Prohibited Activities
    Consumption of alcohol, plastic use, loud music and any activity harmful to wildlife is strictly prohibited inside forest areas.

  13. Force Majeure
    The tour operator shall not be responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances or government restrictions.

  14. Acceptance of Terms
    By booking this tour package, the guest agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sundarban Tour and Travels, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures transparency and fairness for all our guests while helping us maintain smooth operations for our Sundarban tour packages.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing via email or WhatsApp. The following charges will apply based on how far in advance you cancel:

Time Before Departure Cancellation Charges
More than 15 days 10% of total tour cost (processing fee)
10 to 15 days 25% of total tour cost
5 to 9 days 50% of total tour cost
Less than 5 days No refund available
Note: Refunds are processed after deducting applicable bank/service charges, hotel/resort cancellation fees, and any permit or transportation costs already incurred.

2. Cancellation by Sundarban Tour and Travels

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a tour due to unavoidable factors such as natural calamities, extreme weather, government restrictions, or operational issues. In such cases:

  • Guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.
  • No additional compensation will be provided beyond the refund of the paid amount.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
  • The refund will be made through the same payment method used during booking.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

4. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled date and time of departure, no refund will be provided. The total booking amount will be forfeited.

5. Changes and Rescheduling

  • Requests to change the tour date must be made at least 10 days before departure.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval.
  • A nominal rescheduling fee may apply.
